About Maker & Room
Maker & Room is a curated directory of interior and exterior design products for designers (trade) and homeowners, run by Tyson Burgess as Maker & Room Co (ABN 98 499 397 601), a sole trader in Queensland, Australia.
How we curate
We discover products from public design sources and verify details against the brand's own page. We write our own summaries. If a fact isn't on the source page, we mark it unknown. Nothing is published until it has been reviewed and approved by a person.
Disclosure (sponsored content and paid links)
- Sponsored: paid placements are labelled "Sponsored" next to the item and use
rel="sponsored". - Paid link: if we earn a commission via an affiliate link, it is labelled "Paid link" and uses
rel="sponsored". - Sponsorship or affiliate status never determines what we list or how it ranks.
- These labels are intended to meet the ACCC's expectation that paid or commercial relationships are clear and not misleading (Australian Consumer Law, s18). Legal review pending.
