Who we are

What we collect

• Newsletter: email address and whether you're trade or a homeowner, when you subscribe. PROVIDER_TBC will process it on our behalf.
• Sponsors: name, link, pitch, logo and contact details you send us. Stripe processes payments and holds payment details; we don't see card numbers.
• Analytics: ANALYTICS_TBC (none installed yet).

Email and the Spam Act 2003 (Cth)

We only send commercial emails to people who have actively opted in (express consent). Every email identifies Maker & Room Co and has a working unsubscribe link, actioned within 5 working days. We don't buy or harvest address lists. Cold outreach to businesses is only done in line with the Spam Act (including inferred-consent rules for publicly published work addresses and relevance) and with an unsubscribe option.

Your rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, or to be removed, by contacting us. Complaints can go to the OAIC (oaic.gov.au).
